An exciting opportunity has arisen within our company and we are now looking for someone that can grow with the company based in Chepstow.

 

Job Title:             Payroll Associate

 

 

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience and knowledge of working with Sage Payroll. 

 

They must be I.T literate.

 

They must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a hardworking and friendly Team.

 

Duties will include:

 

  • Setting up new clients
  • Create new PAYE accounts with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
  • Create new Workplace Pension schemes with the clients chosen provider
  • Processing of variable payroll frequency payrolls accurately and within strict deadlines.
  • Submission of data in Real Time to HMRC within the strict deadlines
  • Occasional Manual Calculations
  • Processing of Starters & Leavers
  • Dealing with queries
  • Workplace Pension Administration, to include contribution uploads
  • Creation of CSV/excel spreadsheets

 

The ideal candidate will have recent, extensive experience of handling multiple payrolls and working to very strict deadlines.

 

Flexibility is required to meet the business needs and the willingness to meet clients face to face.

 

Salary is dependant on experience.
